We guide you in four sessions in ANC class
SESSION 1

SESSION 2
Diet in pregnancy, common medical disorders in pregnancy.
Minor complaints.
SESSION 3
Medicines in pregnancy, which investigations need to be done in which trimester and vaccinations during pregnancy.
Why music therapy and meditation play an important role in pregnancy.
SESSION 4
Type of deliveries.
Precautions to be taken in the pregnancy, you will be also educated about the changes during 1st 2nd and 3rd trimester, do’s and don’t’s during 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester.
Postnatal Classes (PNC) at Lalwani Mother & Child Care
Session on mother and baby care
Post-delivery care, information about breastfeeding, baby care, and information about post-delivery exercise. Dr.Sanjay Lalwani sir’s talk on baby care, and vaccination of babies.
We have a question answers session during the class, so you can ask your query in this.
If you are attending classes online, your family members also can attend,
And you can avoid hospital visits for minor reasons, so you will be safe on f/u charges.
We create a what’s app group for Antenatal Classes ANC class registered patients, and you will be there in that group till 3rd trimester. So whenever you feel, you can catch us directly through whats app.
